Studio Policies

• Tuition is due at the beginning of each month on the first lesson of the month unless otherwise discussed. I receive payments via cash, check, Venmo, Paypal, Cash app, or card swipe.  
• If a lesson must be missed due to illness or other conflicts there are two options for you.
• 1. I will offer makeup lessons on the 2nd,3rd, & 4th Saturdays from 11:30 am -1:00 pm. 
  
  
  2. You can utilize the Switch List.  My studio has a Switch List. If you choose to be on the list, then I will add your name, number, and time slot to the list and if someone is need of a switched time for that week then they may contact you and ask if it's a possibility. This means that if you have something come up,( i.e. Illness, accident, school play, soccer game, orchestra dress rehearsal, desperate need to attend the circus) then you have the option of contacting someone on the list for a switch. This is completely optional. If you do not wish to have your information available to others you don't need to opt in. 
  
  
  If you do not choose to use either option you are still responsible for payment of that lesson despite your absence. Please be assured that your tuition is always working for your child as I spend a great deal of time outside of lessons choosing repertoire, planning, strategizing, attending competitions, etc. So, even if you have to miss a lesson and cannot use the alternatives offered, you don’t have to worry about receiving less for your tuition. You’ll be receiving more energy, enthusiasm and a more successful lesson each week since I will have the appropriate time to give.
• Students are required to come and have a fabulous time at their lessons and become marvelous musicians!
